"I enjoyed working at Agilent. The working environment was very professional and friendly. Employees were helpful and worked as a Team. Whether the employee that you required assistance from was across the world, or in the next office, the willingness to help was always there."

"I like everything about Agilent. I have nothing bad to say about the company."

"There needs to be more administrative support."

"I was very fortunate to work with some great leaders as a team player during 1993-2003 and then the economy began turning and contract employees were cut due to budget cuts."

"Ford is a good company, but has faced challenges like others which reduce headcount, increase workload, and cause little work/life balance."
What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"I preferred to be a regular employee versus a contract employee. Several attempts from Ford Personnel and Ford Managers to bring me on as a Ford employee, the final decision was 1 admin head versus 1 engineer head - admin head lost out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There should be a policy instated to hire a contract employee if they have been there for 10 or more years."

"The HR dept should be called the Inhuman Dept. The head of HR is anything but human."

"I was a great place to work. My co-workers and direct managers were good people."

"From what I know, Space Coast is a very well run company, but not very employee oriented."

"The Board of Directors failed to see the down spiral that the former CEO took the company in. This company could have survived were it not for some very bad decisions."

"Space Coast Credit Union merged with Eastern. Most management is gone as and many employees laid off."
