"These guys are the best at what they do. If you want to work for the best, bring your A game."

"They have a horrible support system for the salesman whom have just started and know no one. You have to scream just to get pre-sales"

"Offer support to the people you hire. Hold meeting with pre-sales and salesmen to discuss what projects they are working on."

"Stop testing people for the qualifications for which determined they already had for their position when you hired them."

"Jump at the opportunity and learn as much as possible from a still great company."

"The company and management had a very difficult time transitioning from engineering driven to market driven."

"To break the sales barriers of 1M, 10M, 100M, 500M and 1B takes a different corporate culture and the management team must look to acquire and instal those resources necessary to propel it to the next level."

"Detroit office was only a satellite office and had no real input to overall strategy."
