"Faced paced and changing environment. Always moving in new directions with product releases and customer development."

"Be creative, take a chance and thinking outside of the box is highly recommended."

"No major problems working at Semtech. The atmosphere was tense due to the nature of the business and company commitments but the overall working conditions were acceptable."

"Management has changed since I left the company and I would suggest no changes since their present business is moving in the right direction."
