"The assignment that I was assigned from Select Staffing was very good. The facility was adequate but needed some process improvements to ensure better production flow. I gave ideas and recommendations to my manager and he had agreed on them but at the time we were unable to make some of the changes. We did not have a General Manager at the time due to the fact that he had been laid off prior to me starting there. The process flow needed some improvement and the floor area needed some changes."
