Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Every site is different, every director is different in his taste but upper management is constantly looking for someone who will be their eyes and ears at the site. Just know that this will earn you no points with your director and may get your removed from your site. Also, everything is hush-hush at Andrews, be prepared to keep more than a few secrets."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give employees more responsibility and hold them accountable for their actions good or bad. Promote those that make good decisions, demote those that do not."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you want to have a job with less than competetive pay with no chance of a raise, then agree with everything they say in the interview(it's very informal, I was hired by word of mouth). In my time here, I have literally saved an account from cancelling their contract, yet recieved a reduction in pay, all while I personally am in demand at other sites. If you intend on staying short term, or are seeking experiance, then these would be the only reasons why I would even suggest employment with Planned Companies."
