"Be prepared for long hours and little pay. Massive regulation to the point that it becomes mindless following."

"Long hours and very little pay. I am overqualified for my current position."

"Pay my employees what they're worth and work them less vice high hours and little pay."

"Stable company, with good people, but pays 50% of what the real world pays. Executives clueless to reality and current cost of living in Bay Area"

What don't you like about working at Coinmach?

"LOW wages, unappreciated for the work we do. No incentive or possibility to advance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Revamp the C level. Directors are uneducated, over opinionated and are really not with the times. Penny Wise, Pound Foolish!"

What do you like about working at Heartland Alliance?

"Helping participants, that's all. Everything else was nightmare. Although, I knew some good friends. Management do not give a tick about their employees' needs, professional growth, advancements, and expect to be owned by them. They treat you like you owe them for being employed by them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I don't know what to say here because I did ask about advancement at my first interview as well as about professional growth opportunities. The answer was appealing, but later after few months discovered that many great employees already left as well as people are getting ready to leave. Most if not all of the people that I knew while working there left because of the hiring and promotion practices. Heartland do not tend to promote from inside. Instead, they bring new people with no experience. May be its because of the high turn over, but the question is why there is turnover In addition, the culture is like everybody is replaceable and there are a lot of people are looking for job!!! You figure from here."

What don't you like about working at Heartland Alliance?

"Management lie on employees by making false promises for advancement without having any clear policy to follow. They would say good job everyday and then one day you are fired because of something they OK before. Lack or management professionalism cost Heartland many qualified and super stars staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote self-confidence, trust, team work, and respect as well as performance based promotions and hiring. Show employees that their work is really appreciated and inspire them by leading by example and never lie for ANY REASON."
