"Ask for a premium. Don't settle just because it's a work from home situation. This employer doesn't seem to have a problem with trying to get your work for free."

"Employer will try not to pay employees. Had to sue them for wages which were previously agreed upon."

"EDS was one of those companies that outsourced us at Sabre, working for them wasn't really a choice, it was either that or find a new job on the spot."

"They made it a point to make you worry about almost quarterly layoffs every year in an effort to keep performance up."

"Be honest about your work history. Lying will eventually come back to bite you later on."

"Not being able to choose to work on another company contract. It's as if you are confined to one contract until it ends."

"Keep an open mind and listen to your employees. Some people want to improve on how we perform our jobs. We are not always after someone else's job."

"The people there were real people, down to earth, and very non-drama oriented."

"The downside was that there was little room for moving up in the company."

"Find a way to win more of a customer base to make the business more profitable, productive. Also find a way to ensure that the employees understand the gravity of where they are working."
