"I love the fast paced environment. If something goes wrong we can't waste time in responding as it could be detrimental to the company or end users.I hate being on contract and never really knowing the status of my position."
"The remote environment that we worked in was very political in nature. It was one that was populated by multiple contracting companies which made it difficult at times to accomplish our said tasks being that we didn't have advocate for our company on site."

"Overly complex management systems, overwhelming bureaucracy. It can be very difficult to find help."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Centralized policy and procedures. The current web site is a step forward, but it needs more work."

"Be on top of them, and specially when in-processing, since instructions are not clear and concise."

"Management was a very deep communications deficiency. Getting a return call, or promised information delivered take an enormous amount of effort."

"More quality work from the employee supporting departments, like insuring your paperwork does not get lost."

"Recent manager died and has not been replaced, putting most projects on hold."

"Our management has been receptive to suggestions and has been providing white papers to our client. Would recommend they continue this practice."

"Autonomy is a UK run company, do research on the company culture from UK vs US."
What don't you like about working at Autonomy?
"The resources and money given to get work done. There is a high turn over rate, resources don't grow with the amount of business."

"Take more of a ownership role, invest in more resources to help people do a better job."
