What do you like about working at Adventist Health System?
"I like the flexibility of many things."
What don't you like about working at Adventist Health System?
"I don't like that there are too many Chief's and not enough Indians. It becomes difficult to be productive while reporting the same thing 10 different way to as many different managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think the re-organization will benefit them well, but only if they have the managers manage, rather than report. For a faith based organization, there seems to be an enormous amount of favoritism."

"Just be honest about all your information, as you do not want it to haunt you."
What don't you like about working at Universal Protection Service?
"I was asked to be removed from the clients site I was employed at on my first day of training as I was falsely accused of being arrested in Riverside County. the background search accomplished by Universal Protection Service validated this fact. Too late, the damage was done. I am an ex-convict who has been off of parole for 71/2 years and my Certificate of Rehabilitation is calendered for the September 17th, 2009. I was never more insulted as an individual."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have there facts together before they make judgments and false statements."
