"Present yourself in a professional way and keep that standard once you are employed.MVM has lots of opportunities for growth. You can start as a guard today, you might end up as a supervisor, even project manger if you take your job seriously"

"Places too much emphasis on client, thereby ignoring employees needs. Sometimes management do not show employees the respect they deserve.Management sees employees more as people begging for jobs and therefore treat them otherwise"

"Listen to employees and give them the respect they deserve.As an employee, if I feel respected, I would do my best to keep that respect and be the best in what I do.The management at building 45 NIH campus needs to realize that guards are not just tools to be used to keep a contract. Guards are human beings that deserve to be respected.Just listen to your guards. Let them know that they are truly appreciated."
