"I love getting to do many different tasks on a day to day basis and working with a lot of different people. My bosses are great and always willing to hear new ideas or ways of doing things."

"I love being part of a team with the main goal of providing excellent customer service. I have loved the opportunities and challenges I've had over the past 24+ years. The main thing that makes me consider relocating and moving on to other opportunities is the cost of medical insurance through our company. Unfortunately, I am unable to make it financially on my salary."
"One thing that I could do without in my position is the overwhelming call volume, a lot of the calls get directed to my area of work and have nothing to do with my line of duty. But on the other hand I love being able to affect the patient care indirectly. I am in charge of scheduling for the next shift so I have to make sure that the nurse to patient ratio is safe for the upcoming shift. That to me is satisfying seeing as that direct patient care is not something I am comfortable with."

"It is sometimes noisy and this becomes distracting and unbearable."

"They should have a better lounge in place for the staff."

"The pay is alright and the location is in a good area"

"If you have the opportunity to go with another company I highly recommend it."
What don't you like about working at The Donaldson Group?
"The management is hardly ever at the site and this makes it difficult to function."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Come to work. An on the days you actually show up to work stop coming to work 3 and 4 hours late and then leaving 30 minutes early.This behavior makes all of us look very unprofessional. Its embarrassing making excuses constantly."
