"You will most likely only move laterally not upwards. And forget about adequate compensation"

"trying to update outdated policies as a whole takes a lot . Things could be much more efficient in that way and the pay is horrible."

"more employee interaction and I would handle funding differently, making my office more accessible and working one on one with staff and faculty and students"

"Location. It was possible to commute to Rosemont then the office relocated to further in the suburb."

"I feel there is no space to grow or to use my own incentives, initiatives or imagination. I have not developed an interest in the banking industry."

"To be more localize and introduce an open-air environment. Employee evaluation to be taken into account more seriously to reflect what difficulties the employees are facing."

"The secretary position is not a challenge job in the Engineering College Computing."

"Most of my co-workers were wonderful. It was a nice facility."

"Don't bother. They pay well for a reason but it just isn't worth the headache."

"The boss, Connie was impossible to work for. There was a time when she even had me lock the front doors for fear of mad investors storming the building. She put me in harm's way."

"Get new management!!! Seriously, start actually listening to your employees because many are talented and could do a lot more for this business than you think."

"Absolutely nothing but the pay and benefits. Everything else sucked."

"Run! As far away as you possibly can! You're better off working for average pay and benefits and being happy, than working here and being unhappy every single day you are there."

"The work ethic is below poor. This place is highly unorganized and waaaay behind on technology. The employees there are mean, controlling, manipulative, unfair, sneaky, had a false sense of superiority, they were close minded, catty, could not be trusted whatsoever, and just plain unpleasant people to be around; what's worse, they got away with this behavior."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Would have hired a qualified office manager with strong work ethic, and successful experience managing employees, to manage the employees. Have had regular employee meetings to express any conserns. Would have taken stronger disciplinary action towards employees causing hostile work environment. Would have upgraded all technology. Would have organized the place. Would have upgraded/remodeled entire office, inside and out."

"Free Lunch on Tuesdays, Relaxed Dress Code, Company Outings monthly"

"Run the other way, there are plenty of other tech companies in the area."
What don't you like about working at FreeCause?
"Management is the worst part of FreeCause, they are unmotivated and that has begun to seriously affect employee morale."

"I would make sure Management was capable of delivering a unified message to employees. Management at FreeCause is absolutely a disgrace, most are solely out for themselves and do the bare minimum to get by."
