"I started with Screenvision back in November of 2011 as the company receptionist. The people who work there are very friendly and polite - always willing to lend a helping hand. My hard work was noticed and I was offered a maternity cover position in the marketing department because I had expressed interest in marketing when I had first begun my job with them. Overall, Screenvision is a great company. It was a pleasure working there!"

What do you like about working at Screenvision?

"It's in the movie industry, and you get to sell the 'sizzle' of Hollywood."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to make a lot of phone calls, or do a lot of door pulling. Expect a small paycheck the first 6 months of the job."

What don't you like about working at Screenvision?

"Micromanagement. Small base salary, no ramp up period. Bad internal communication between all management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication. You don't need to request daily reports. Pay your new employees a higher base the first year."
