I started out in Quality Assurance, leading projects and training new employees. When the Performance Team was formed, I pushed internally to shift into Performance Testing. The framework for making such a move did not exist in any structured manor. However, management was instrumental in backing my move into Performance Engineering."

"received and process of returns, on a daily basis which is sometime overwhelming, and tiring.."
