"It was my introduction to the pharmaceutical industry and a relatively smaller pharma company with a family oriented culture. Got to know a great many people and develop some lasting friendships."

"We were the pharmaceutical subsidiary arm of a larger Dutch company called Akzo Nobel and our profits were not our own to direct toward R&D and as such the company had pipeline problems which led to it's demise."

"Organon management no longer exists as the company was sold to Schering Plough"
