"I enjoyed the intense training, it prepared me to be able to speak with doctors on their level. The balance of working hard and reward."

"Interview with Merck, there is no longer a Schering-Plough. Serious note, teamwork is key. You must be able to reach out and communicate."

What don't you like about working at Schering-Plough?

"This isn't necessary something I didn't like, there had been layoffs before, and realignment, it became a challenge at first to get grounded in a territory. Since I've had every territory it seems in the metroplex, I adapted well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had incredible managers. I learned much from them when it came to selling and trying new approaches. I am very coachable."

"The department I worked in had a great team and our manager was wonderful"

"speaking from experience with my manager, open your mouth and don't be afraid to share your ideas"

"Near the end when there was restructuring, I didn't like the constant uncertianty"
