Service Advocate

"I’ve worked for Scan for Just over a year. I started in may of 2018 everything was just slow. Supervisor was always tried reaching out to different leads for further assistance never were helpful I just felt alone. Which is fine because I can always find the answers on my own I just want a faster response to help the customer. I was a Eligibility coordinator and learned claims within three weeks which was pretty cool. I like the weekly lunch the company provided for the employees."

"Whether you enjoy your work or not in SCAN, it will highly depend on who you work for. I am very lucky to be in my current team. We are very close, not only as a team, but also with our reporting manager. However, as a whole, I think SCAN can be managed better."
