Submit a Review"A major challenge in being a Basis Consultant is to know when you need to put your foot down since almost at all times if something goes wrong it's easy to blame the system instead of tweaking the codes. Also being a Basis Consultant you need to be able to help people and be a bridge between almost all the teams, so this involves making great relations at work and support each other at all times. These are both the worst and the best things since who says best cannot flip the side of the coin once in a while."
