"money, flexibility, work life balance, vacation, work from home, company car"

"SanofI is pretty par for the course in the pharma industry. There are some good and bad. The challenge is that the industry as a whole is on a downward cycle."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"despite cultural change, many managers still haven't changed to match the times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"better review process of managers that takes into account feedback from employees. Also better use of employees skills and ambitions."

"There was a great corporate enviroment to the place. The people that worked there were also quite friendly, and had no problems working with others."

"Good luck, and that they really respect a talented team player."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"The hiring freeze forced me to leave after only completing an internship, staying was not an option."

"I was only an intern at the time, they seemed to do a fantastic job."

"I liked the organization and structure by which they ran the internship program. I enjoyed the fast paced environment and the ability to work on my own or on a team. This company allowed me to flourish as an individual, and grow as an employee."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The interview process was very rigorous and involved a lot of unorthodox questions that force the interviewer to think on their feet. I would not recommend someone to interview for this company if they weren't bright, innovative, and able to handle the pressure."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"I worked in the IT department of the company which lead me to realize that I am a hands on individual and would much rather get my hands dirty than sit behind a desk."

"I believe that the management did a great job at leading the interns while still allowing us to work independently."

"no room for advancement or upward mobility. No growth opportunities."

"Offer remote capabilities to work from home to offset long commute times."

"At the moment only my coworkers and my current commute"

"to be honest unless things change it's not worth the time"

"All levels of management are falling apart. Very little transparency"

"Listen to your employess. Stop 'yes-ing' and start doing things"

"The people who worked in my IS department were friendly and had a positive attitude toward their work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company culture has changed when it moved to southern NJ as I was told by former employees. There were more Aventis people than SanofI people and eventually SanofI people were let go. The culture changed from people-oriented atmosphere to a more strict corporate environment."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"Company bought Aventis and as a result was moving from NYC to southern NJ. Many people chose not to move and afterwards the people who did move to NJ eventually were made redundant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should recognize that there is still a strong potential for growth within mature IT professionals."

"I have been with the company 7 years and and now is the time to get out"

"It was at one time a decent place to work with good people but questionable leadership in the top ranks"

"I would not being looking for employment here. In fact although I was not part of the slaughter in Dec . I have decided that I can no longer work here and will start a new job in May. Atleast I received my bonus"

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"It has become a place of distrust and the cuts to the ranks and benefits are hard accept."

"Stop lying and making your employees feel like trash, Start respecting you employess and realize that they are more than just pawns to make Wall Strret numbers"

"I love everything about Sanofi-Aventis. I love the all the staff and business values."

"You will be judged of your experience and skills when applying for your position."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"Honestly, there is not anything that I didn't like about Sanofi. Except that they relocated there site to from Malvern to Bridgewater."

"I have no suggestion for the management team.They were all always helpful."
