"1. Performance reviews were dictated by subjective opinions of micro managers. Numbers should have spoken for themselves.2. Poor pipeline3. Became a big pharmaceutical company, meaning it lost its culture4. Cutback on benefits5. Moving towards contract outsourcing, meaning if the project is not working out then you will be laid off immediately.6. It is no longer a career oriented company."

"Seek out the micro manger and get rid of him."

"I have a really bad manager and the employee relations people were not very good at their jobs- I got no help and was even told to just quit. Which considering I had a manager harassing me, I was not impressed at all."

"When you have a rep that is performing, take measures to keep him or her."
