"Please find something else. Don't get in this rut. It is hard to get out. I have been looking for several months. Just hoping to get laid off even. It is a miserable place to be,"

What don't you like about working at Sanmina-SCI?

"Very dishonest management. Was promised a promotion and not fulfilled. No raise for the 5 years I have been with the company. Only work here if you are starving. Everything except the people I work with. No bonus no company paid lunches get togethers nothing. Every year for the holidays POT LUCK!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire them all and hire real people. Who are at least honest."
