They are not open to introducing more efficient and productive practices within their organization in order to achieve better results. They have been in business a very long time and their If it's not broke, don't fix it mentality clearly shows but its their employees who suffer in the end."

"Enough work. Knowledgable senior staff. Many of the senior will retire in next 5 years. Volunteer opportunity. Very diverse culture."

"Not enough experiance staff for IT support. Improving the IT support can reduce our stress and increase production."
