"I like when we're busy and I'm constantly working. I like problem solving and organizing."

"Favoritism! At least in the club I work at. I'm not the only one who has noticed. Its so bad, I've consided transferring to a club further than the one I am currently at. I would like to see managers use their heads instead of reading from a guidebook."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would listen to the associates more. I would give people a chance even if they aren't qualified enough for a position. The associates are the ones who deal with members all day and they know more or less what people want. I wouldpay attention to my associates more when they say they're bored and not just give them busy work."

"I really enjoy saving people money everyday. It is very gratifying to hit our sales goals each week. I strive to raise the bar after each day."

"I like the freedom they give me and the avenues I am given for success. Sam's Club gives me a few different options to save people money."

"I suggest that they take care of the lowest end of the employee pool and it will reflect in sales."
