"I have so suggestions for management. They all are hard workers and provide good support."

"Trust is the most important thing that this company looks for. There is also a preference for those with very clean white shirts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managers there seem more worried about loosing their jobs then they do about solving actual problems. Fear based systems in my opinion do not work, a more lighthearted approach would lead to more creative problem solving and allow the salesman and others to come more out of their shell when dealing with customers."
What do you like about working at Ford Motor?
"I honed my sales and people skills there plus I met a lot of new people. It was very rewarding selling a stranger a new car."

"A great job if you are looking for a job during high school or college."

"Sales experience is a must, dedicate yourself to learning and remember the product is so good it will sell itself. Follow instructions."

"A hard place to break into, but, with a little work you can master the other sales people. I would have stayed but, there were no opportunities for mgmt. at the time."

"The fact that the established salesmen there didn't want to give anyone else the opportunity for a customer."

"I enjoyed the freedom I had to control my action as long as I sold."

"I would suggest that they advertize for themselves to keep high volume of car sales."

"I didn't like the fact that the finance managers would steal some of the commision."

"I would suggest that the management ask more for the opinion of the other employees."

"Weef Man is a small operation, run by Family. So advancment is Impossible. This is a seasonal job"

"I was told we would be working thru Nov. & at the 1st of June we found ourselves out of work."

"To let the Sales people train the door knockers & give them some leverage to help keep sales coming thru the door."

"RadioShack is a fun place to work, but a small store with little chance to earn commission except holidays."
