"Trust is the most important thing that this company looks for. There is also a preference for those with very clean white shirts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The managers there seem more worried about loosing their jobs then they do about solving actual problems. Fear based systems in my opinion do not work, a more lighthearted approach would lead to more creative problem solving and allow the salesman and others to come more out of their shell when dealing with customers."
