SalesFuel Employee

"Horrible business"

What do you like about working at SalesFuel?

"Well truth be told they were a very inconsistent company. The two females that worked there did nothing but sit at their computers and look at pictures all day. They would boast about how great they are but their true colors shine when you begin generate more than average business for them. It seems as if the better you did, the more upset they were with you. They also cross market competitors which I consider to be bad business. For example they would take bell on as a customer but then market for Shaw and All-stream as well. Often times they would use contacts from competitors lists to steal business back and forth. Very sneaky."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure that you're not over qualified. They take it as a threat and will do anything to push you out of the company. Both ladies that run the place are greedy. Oh and be prepared to have negotiated money deducted from your pay every now and then. It happens more often than you would ever dream of."

What don't you like about working at SalesFuel?

"Read above... There is no real positive response I can give. It is no wonder why they have a high turnover rate and employ just about anyone to do the work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop driving your company by greed. If you want to maintain a healthy work environment try to keep consistent quotas and treat your employees fairly. If you have one employee doing exceptionally well in an area where you are getting $500 per lead and other people doing poorly when the company is also getting paid $500 per lead. Don't adjust the persons quota that is doing well to put more money in your pocket. It's dishonest."
