Stop driving your company by greed. If you want to maintain a healthy work environment try to keep consistent quotas and treat your employees fairly. If you have one employee doing exceptionally well in an area where you are getting $500 per lead and other people doing poorly when the company is also getting paid $500 per lead. Don't adjust the persons quota that is doing well to put more money in your pocket. It's dishonest.
