"No - don't waste your time! Salaries are pretty low too."

"Mgmt team is awful - company is revolving door. Also, I would hardly call the management team competent. CEO is a narcissist and quite abusive."

"First - get rid of all of the empty suits! Also, come up with a product that can be sold into other industries."

"Stay away! You will regret working here but will meet some nice people. Forget about a raise theres always a reason we can't get it but the owners get new boats and cars"

"Insane ownership with utter micromanagement. Mean old man running the show yells every day even making some of the women cry. Sons are clueless. Decisions are made without common sense or any input"

"Senile CEO needs to retire, but his kids are totally inept. Sell the company to someone who knows how to run a business"

"Daily phone call quotas can be high, and when calls end up lengthy (some customers talk quite a bit), it set you back."

"The company and product are superior to others in the industry. Selling a product like Paycom is easy because their technology is developed in-house and is constantly evolving unlike others in the industry. The company culture is great as well. Everyone is driven to be the best and that shows in the quality of work. There are many perks at Paycom like $1 health insurance, uncapped commission, allowances and unparalleled training."

"Make sure you have what it takes to work in sales. Be prepared for a lengthy interview process and be ready to hit the ground running."
