"I feel welcomed and at home, everyone has been so welcoming and pleasant to work with. I feel that Defenders is taking time to prepare us for the sales floor so that we will succeed. "It's not the type of job I find myself staying at for very long, due to how vastly different it is to my degree."

"Be caring to your employees, and don't look down on them."

"If you love to help people, let it be known. Be pleasant and cheerful with a great knowledge of a wide variety of genres."

"The corporation had no clue on how to run a bookstore and the manager, while nice, did not know how to manage people."

"I would make sure to listen to my employees and be sure I knew what they were going through before demanding undeliverable tasks."

"I got to work with clothes, shoes and some great people I got to work in 3 different stores so I had a different envoriment"

"nothing really, I loved it, different locations to work in"

"Be careful in promotoing managers when they r u young not in years but in matured"

"Bad lighting. Depressing music. negative energy from costumers. rat race."

"More organization at staff meetings. Keep staff updated on shipments and new products. Have a work schedule made at the beginning of every week."
