"I love my independence and the option to work on the road, home or in the office. I love the feeling of closing a big deal and making everyone happy. I don't like the instability of my specific company. I'm currently also in charge of not only sales, marketing and prospecting but of sending the gifts out which is very stressful and doesn't give me much opportunity to sell."

"I do not foresee any growth.I want another company that will offer me better growth options"

"Dress according to the brand. This is a very fashion conscious brand and they like to have a consistent look across the board. Do your research."

"The rules didn't apply across the board to everyone in the company."

"Management was very accommodating. I always felt able to speak to anyone at anytime. The open door policy was very much in place."

"It had its high seasons and low season. The two seasons were night and day when it came to your paycheck."

"I would not recommend anyone work for this company. The employee turnover is extremely high (every employee working before December 2011 has left) and it is an extremely stressful, hostile and negative environment."
