"I love helping people. But I hate working for a company that treats you like you're a sales number. And that's what VERIZON WIRELESS DOES. Or should I say, GHETTO WIRELESS. I say ghetto wireless because just go into any one of there northeast stores and you will see what I'm talking about."

"Retail can be a little tough some days, and sometimes long hours."

"Communication is key... The buying office was always a little late on letting us know about new items."

"It was really long time ago, and Nextel was very new in Brazil, their system wasn't very loyal and unfortunately didn't have a good reputation yet."

"Well I believe they fixed that all now, so I have to say they are doing something right, the company has a completely different approach."
