"My time at Saks was robust and informative. Like any retail company, there was a lot of change in a short amount of time including going private, consolidating floors on moving desks and of course the pandemic. The company handled it alright. I try to focus on my time at Saks before being furloughed. Smart, talented people work in corporate and I am grateful for the experience."
"I've worked for Saks Fifth Avenue since 2018. It's a massive ten story luxury retailer on 5th avenue. This flagship store is continuing to expand and is renovating the entire store. Style Advisors salaries are all based off of their sales, it is a draw vs. commission environment."
"It's a fun place to work, the colleagues and the Manager was very helpful and collaborate with the day."
"Saks is a fantastic company to work for."
"This company has a good possibility to hire people. Overall this is a great review. I would recommend this to the company CEO."
"Saks in the facilities world, is the worst run operation in America. Back of house is a disaster waiting to happen. Hopefully the new owners will be able to see that you can not teach old dogs new tricks. Too many facilities directors without real life experience putting out fires all day but losing sight of the real issues. The equipment is in the worst condition I have seen in my long career. Saks has put money in all the wrong places due to inexperienced people making poor decisions."
