Be aware of the compensation structure especially be aware of the million-dollar book members (even if they get there by standing in LV and ringing sales) because you will have half of your commissions stolen by unscrupulous and greedy co-workers. Also if you're in any way a conservative, turn around and run. You have a racist HR person who has for years had two sets of rules - one for blacks and one for everyone else and has screwed over so many people it isn't funny. GM only cares about meeting numbers regardless of how that happens. One of the results is that Saks has forgotten who they are."
