more growth opportunities, trust that your workers will do the right thing, stop micromanaging, use better statistical analysis; a first year math student can see that yours are flawed and do not meet margin of error or confidence level for statistical anaylsis. unrealistic metric goals overemphasize short-term performance and encourage employees to conceal, ignore, and defer problems. some employees simply cheat to make the numbers and since you care only about numbers they are the ones who get promoted. A significant number outright lie.
3.8Sage is a good company where everyone has a void in the features that are implemented in a project. With my specific team, however, poor management and inability to properly prioritize features has led to an unstable and confusing vision.
I had a bad manager so I can't let that influence my overall opinion. The company as a whole is a good company. When a tasks was assigned it had to done immediately.
