RW Lynch Employee

"I worked at RW Lynch for a short time. This place is horrible. They have cut hours of staff and are bouncing pay checks. You read that right. They BOUNCE PAY CHECKS. The CEO surrounds himself by a few true enablers, errr, believers, but it is a sinking ship. RW Lynch has under 10 employees. What is weird is that some of the "Linked In" RW Lynch staff listings having RW Lynch as current employer but WERE NOT THERE. Ever. There is no record of them. It's almost as if they are faking employees?? Is that possible? If you are flexible with sometimes not receiving your pay check, then this place may be ok for you! Maybe you will get paid on the next pay cycle! They do provide bathrooms and filtered water in the kitchen, two perks they offer. If interviewing there, ask them this: "Have you had any payroll issues over the past year?" Bring a recording device. And research "California Wage Theft" by Google. Also check Contra Costa County Small Claims public records. Sniff around. You'll understand later ;> Oh, and try to find out why the boss is almost non-existent on Linked In. Have you EVER heard of a modern [legit] company whose boss does not have a Linked In or profile picture and maybe has a thing or 2 to say about his industry or company?"

What don't you like about working at RW Lynch?

"Management is not really qualified. No people skills at all. I'm not joking either. They are Definitely x management style. From the top down. Management tries to let themselves be seen as God's and the others .....just little people. They use fear tactics. Unethical practices. They have contests for trips that are manipulated and are totally one sided. The A.E. Dept. gets all of the clients and you sell to keep them afloat. Without me they would starve and now they are. I was the top producer in the history of RWLynch and in one of the upper managers fits of rage and immaturity lets me go What logical reason for that i'll never know. Everything is based on personality and not productivity. They help the weak and take down the strong to do so. It's all personal. Never on the up and up. Fire the President and everthing will work out. I'm not kidding. Everyone one flourish and thrive. Right now they barely survive. He would rather look good and lose , than win and look bad. Thats why i'm gone. By the way , he called me back but it was to late.I'm now the Managing partner of a great company , They told me I can't sell They told me I could not do customer service They told me I can't be and A.E. They told me I'm a dime a dozen. I keep that dime right next to me every day. And I am qualified. There is an old saying : There's a difference between knowing the path and actually walking the path. By the way. I had a sign above my desk before they let me go. You know what it said I'll tell you because he didn't really pay attention....He is now. No army can withstand the power of a Man and his Idea's when his time has come. It's my time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go into something where you are not around people. Stop trying to belittle your workers. Hire people that are tough and thick skinned. Let them know the truth about the compensation. Only the A.E.'s make the money. Sales people don't. They dont have the client base and the references if there are any left, and they hang on to them. Give people the clients that they sell. Have everything be ethical and on the up and up. Stop taking care of just the A.E's and help all the sales people involved. Get out of the X type of management and get to the Y. My people love me. We are a team. There are no dots. There are no bells. Just people having fun and working together with one common goal. Have everyone make money. There are no sales person of the month stuff. Just everyone helping eachother and having fun doing it. When there stuck ...I close it. I'm compensated very well and so are they. Not until you get to that point will you're company flourish. Have an ethical company, treat your people with respect, smile, don't act better than them and try and make them feel small . Be a part of it all. Act like you care about them , and help them. Be fair and considerate. Remember where you came from and take care of the people who brought you therel, and you will have nothing to fear."
