"Things which I currently do, or will do shortly include: - Daily random fact on white board as folks walk in (This is now a very ingrained part of our office!) - Weekly word on a different white board"

"I like some of my colleagues. I like teaching, and being in academia generally. I typically like being in a research environment, but none of these things are specific to Rutgers."

"The relationships within my department are toxic and competitive. Furthermore, I do not feel challenged, and I often feel like the drama of work eclipses any opportunity to be productive."

"I only worked there for a month because it was a temporary position, and there's nothing I thought was too bad worth remembering."

"I have litle opportunity at this time to advance within my department, since it primarily consists of just tutors and program directors."

"The course professors do not have much interaction with tutors; this is implemented in more recent projects but needs standarized."
