"Overall, the company seems to have a promising outlook, though there have been recent layoffs (myself included). The recent merger with Telaria and COVID-19 headwinds have created an environment for general consolidation, cost savings. The industry in general has been facing tough cost cutting across companies and I don't blame Rubicon for their cost-cutting measures at this time."
