"Good company, good people, occasionaly frustrated by inadequate documentation."

What do you like about working at Peebles?

"Good people, good environment. I was trained to use the languages needed and given time to get up to speed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company has changed. It is now just a purchasing and distribution point controlled by a home office in Houston."

What don't you like about working at Peebles?

"I received no systems training. I had to figure out what I needed to know by reading the batch CL's or using a utility called Hawkeye. I didn't find Hawkeye very useful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no expertise in management so I would not presume to suggest anything."

"I felt the dress code for programming and IT was above the normal standard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider revision to the dress code or maybe have a casual Friday or Monday."
