"Morning coffee. The weekends off. Days the GM is not in our office."

"Interview the person that is interviewing you, control the interview."
What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?
"Where to start. No structure, we float through every day with no guidance, no appreciation for hard work and long hours. Company has amazing benefits but no one knows how to take advantage of them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train your people. We lose great employees because of lack of support and training."
What do you like about working at Norco?
"Challenging work environment each day is different than the last."

"Great company, but it will take time to move up."

"Hard to move up into better jobs within the company."

"The work day consisted of twelve hours or more which leaves very little time for family."

"Shorten the work days and hire more trained drivers to ease the the burden of long work days."

"Ample opportunity to earn a great living, earn bonuses, win trips and prizes."

"If you are not prepared to work many hours do not consider this as your job. If you do proceed be true to the customer and only promise to deliver what you are capable of delivering."

"Too many hours, on average 70- 75 weekly. This left very little time to live outside of work."

"Create driver/sales teams to minimize hours worked without decreasing profits."
