"It was a rewarding job in the sence that it tought me self disipline and an awareness of the importance of customer service."

"This job was an early morning job, I mean 12:30 am to 10:00 am."

"To treat their distribution people a little better than they usually do."

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?
"The fact that I was the furthest out from my home location, and had to drive in on a Friday night after the route was finished, wait for 4 hours as they reloaded the truck, then drive more than an hour to get the truck back home. The senior management decided it was ok to give me the oldest truck that stalled at every corner even though I would have to drive it in traffic for 2 hours to get it back to the depot, and then drive it back home to plug in."

"Give your drivers a flat weekly rate that does not go away."
