"Management is in absolute control of every minute of every day. The sole partner in this firm runs it with an iron fist--inserting herself into every single decision made at every level of the organization. She is unfair and delusional when it comes to compensation, and raises are almost impossible to receive. The benefits are OK--but nothing out of the ordinary. The good thing is that the attorneys are all very nice people, except the one at the top, who spoils the whole place. In just over one year, 11 out of 12 attorneys left."
