2.1Management is in absolute control of every minute of every day. The sole partner in this firm runs it with an iron fist--inserting herself into every single decision made at every level of the organization. She is unfair and delusional when it comes to compensation, and raises are almost impossible to receive. The benefits are OK--but nothing out of the ordinary. The good thing is that the attorneys are all very nice people, except the one at the top, who spoils the whole place. In just over one year, 11 out of 12 attorneys left.
2.8The company has made poor decisions since 2008 which has left it financially unstable. Poor advice and very bad business sense by the owner has decimated the company.
3.6I have worked for Rosenberg & Associates for over 12 years. I have advanced from a technical support role to Director of IT and technical services. Through all this time I have been a part of the companies growth and technological changes.
