There is an unlimited opportunity for advancement, the company president started as a mixer driver and the vice president as a yard maintenance guy. They have a very generous overtime policy as well."

But the IT department has something lacking; maybe it's the multiple leaders, but I had a tough time getting a grasp on where the department was heading.
