"Fair company to work for, management sucks, especially the assistant to the plant manager. We used to have an awesome open door policy, that's gone since our last president of the company retired. Once you hit 10 years don't expect to get a raise till you pass 15 years. Other ready mix companies pay more, unlike what corporate tells drivers. Go with Holiday or Cemex, make this your last and only choice left! LOL"
