"I disliked the limited growth potential the higher I got, the remote status I had ensured and job security was minimal."

"Take advantage of less traditional office workers/analysts. The days of brick-and-mortar offices are dwindling, especially when analytical ability, experience, and knowledge are the key components for your workforce."
