2.1Step down. He was not ready to be a manager. He was too keen on getting credit for the accomplishments and didn't take any accountability for the failures. He would throw his own employees under the bus when there was a mistake (often times in a meeting with a Director infront of the other employees). And when something went right, he would make sure he got the Kudo's in private and not allow anyone else to bask in the accomplishment.
4.9BlackBerry is a very reputable company in Canada, currently is focused on providing large-demographic based customer security solutions such as MDM tools, etc. and with the recent acquisition of Cylance they are now providing best in class Anti- Virus solutions for professional as well as the consumer market. My inclination to join this company was the dream I had in childhood to hold a BlackBerry device and own it with pride, well that couldn't be possible but I landed the opportunity to be part of my dream company and I have worked with my 200% effort and lead my lead in winning the CSAT competition for 2 months hosted quarterly, and also as we were taught to consider the customer as our main priority, I have never let down any expectations of customer from my side even if I had to work overtime. All in all, I had an amazing experience, and working with my manager and seniors closely helped me learn a lot about the job, the tech industry, and life as a whole.
