"Be prepared to move laterally, and that's it. Turnover is very high."
What don't you like about working at Reynolds and Reynolds?
"It is stuffy, dry, and they do not care about employee morale at all. We are micromanaged. When we travel we must clock in on land lines to prove we are at a dealership. There are keypads on every door so they can track where you are in their office building. The administrative work is scrutinized and is a waste of time... a lot of time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do not consider the customer or the consumer, who is the driving force to keep them in business. They upset their own customers to increase the bottom line in the short run."

"I do not have any complaints about the company as a whole. I am just looking for something that I have an opportunity for growth and advancement."

"It is a good place to work, but depending on the department, it can be difficult to be promoted. However, they usually only promote within."

"There are a few departments that get a little recognition and end up being scapegoats a lot of the time."

"Stick with a few projects and work out the kinks in them, rather than trying once and throwing it away if it doesn't work. Also, encourage employees at times to let them know they are doing a good job when they are."
