"I love being able to help customers with there swimming pool equiptment and chemistry problems."

"Just be your self and honest do not go into the interview being fake."
What don't you like about working at Seahorse Pools & Spa?
"The only problems is no room for advancement or pay raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only isssue with working there is the payment program. I do not want to suggest them to pay me more if they can not afford it. So I honestly do not have any suggestions for them about that."

"Negotiate for top salary upon entry. There are no merit raises, only way to get a raise is really to change programs."

"The inconsistency with goals, management message, client is inconsistent with their demands and message."

"There has been a shift in the culture - not as work/life balanced. Inconsistent goals and messages on a daily basis."

"Lack of focus. Too many objectives, too little time. Other than that, great company."

"The vision for the company had dwindled down. The closing of the store was inevitable."

"nothing at all. It was the worst job Ive ever had in my life. micromanaging and horrible training."

"Save yourself the headache and dont do it to begin with."

"overworked, underpaid. Never receive what you expect in commission or overtime."

"pay people what they are owed. This includes commission and overtime."
