"Consider other agencies in the area. The pay isn't that great and your motivations and commitment to Norwin are brought in to question in the most awkward ways."

"Our boss had to be involved in every little detail of our daily procedures. Even if you proved yourself you still had to run everything by him."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't keep hiring people with no recruiting experience. There isn't any training in place, and once they are left on their own you can tell they are lost."

"Good team, good communication, confidence of managers and leaders, interesting projects."

"You should be: responsible, purposeful, polite, have good background, respect the work you were doing."

"Distrust on the part of managers, not organized workflow (waterfall)."
