"This was a great place to work because I was helping students with special needs. I had to learn braille to produce reading materials for the students."

"Study really hard for the entrance exam. I scored third highest among hundreds and was able to get in."
What don't you like about working at Los Angeles Unified School District?
"The pay was too low since I had just started a family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More resource assistants are needed to help students individually."
